His core expertise includes hardware and software deployment, networking, data centre operations, cybersecurity, project management, and IT application rollouts. With a solid background in Computer Engineering, he brings strong analytical thinking and strategic execution to every role he assumes.
As a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Data Protection Officer (NDPR/GDPR Compliance), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), ITIL professional, and Associate Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO), Olasode combines deep technical knowledge with executive-level oversight. His career has spanned key roles such as Acting Head of Information Technology at Insourcing Limited, Information Resource Generalist at Whyte Cleon Limited, and IT Manager at DLM Capital Group, each role expanding his capabilities across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT governance.
Currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at Capital Bancorp Plc, Olasode leads the development and execution of IT strategy for the group and its subsidiaries. He oversees all areas of IT management including infrastructure planning, network and data centre administration, cybersecurity posture, vendor management, and compliance with national and international regulatory frameworks. His leadership enables the organization to stay agile, secure, and resilient in a rapidly evolving digital environment.
